Today Kenny and I went to Shrek Forever After, the 4th installment of the Shrek franchise. As with all the other installments I loved the characters, the story and of course the animation. It's just a a fun movie to watch. I'm not entirely sure if paying 5 bucks more to see the movie in 3-D is justified. For those of you who have no idea what I'm talking about, here a short synopsis:
A bored and domesticated Shrek pacts with deal-maker Rumpelstiltskin to get back to feeling like a real ogre again, but when he's duped and sent to a twisted version of Far Far Away -- where Rumpelstiltskin is king, ogres are hunted, and he and Fiona have never met -- he sets out to restore his world and reclaim his true love. Now, it's up to Shrek to undo all he's done in the hopes of saving his friends, restoring his world and reclaiming his one True Love.
