After Kenny took a break from podcasting we went into Santa Clarita to get lunch. On our way back we noticed smoke coming from the direction of our house. When we got closer we realized that it was actually burning at the exit to our house from the 14 freeway. When you looked from the porch it looked like as if the fire was burning right over the ridge...and in the sense it was. Luckily they knocked the fire down within 1 hour and everything is well again.
Once we got home we watched some TV and then we went through all of our clothes to separate Kenny's clothes form mine, since I will be leaving in less than 4 1/2 weeks and some of the clothes will be packed up and shipped to Austria.
