Neighborhood Meeting - Round 3

Today we had another Neighborhood Meeting at one of our neighbors down hill. On the agenda was pretty much how many people were willing to go forward with the lawsuit.

Turns out that only 5 of the 20 people living along Yucca Hills Road were willing to contribute funds to the lawsuit.

The guy who is doing the attorney work pro bono wants to have at least 10 or 12 people on board to go forward with the lawsuit. For him it doesn't really matter if they all will contribute funds, as long as they are on board and willing to sign a declaration that they have been having issues with the 1 guy on Caprock Road. So we decided that we will try to get a few more people to sign the declarations in the next few week before making any decisions on how to precede further!!
