The healing process...

Well, well, well.... to make a very, very long and quite painsful story short. It took much, much longer than I had expected. I thought I would be OK after about 1 wook.
Not so much. I was in constant pain for the first 2 weeks. Either from the contusions or from the superficial cuts. And the itching when the cuts are starting to heal up isn't much fun either. And the constant pulling on your skin, due to the cuts isn't really annoying at the least. But can be painful as well.
All in all it took me 4 weeks until everything was healed up good enough that I could take Gina again to a longer hike at donube island. Walking up or down hills wasn't still much fun. This took another 2 weeks.
