High-Speed Internet...

Up until now I was using my cellphone as Wifi hotspot. For most part that was OK. But with the new TV season starting that was just no longer an option. I was almost burning through 6 GB of data allotment in under 1 month and I had to pick an choose what I wanted to watch. So it was really time to order my high-speed internet a couple of days ago. 

So I ordered my broadband Internet a couple of days ago. Since the thing is self installation anyways it really didn't matter where I got it delivered to. I chose to have it delivered to work, since I'm never at home when the thing would be delivered. So I got the package delivered to work today. It got delivered in the morning and I had to wait all day long until I could at least set the internet up.

Got back from work and immediately set up the internet. Worked without any trouble. Now I'm back online with 100 Mbit. Absolutely love the amazing speed. Now I'm downloading full length episodes of my favorite TV shows within 5 minutes. That's absolutely awesome!!
For 2 bucks more I had also ordered the full TV package. Not that I have any plans of watching German TV, but that just was a great deal. Now I've a DVR once again. Still isn't set up since my media/living room isn't set up and I'm still missing the TV. Currently I'm using my iMac as TV. It's a livable compromise, but it will be so awesome once I get my TV. Having high-speed internet makes my apartment much more a home.
